WANTED Pavilion Manager and Lettings Secretary - 23-11-2009Two volunteers are urgently sought to assist with the smooth running of the Chipstead Sports Pavilion. 1. A Pavilion Manager is sought to carry out a weekly check of the premises and to arrange any repairs to be done as and when required. This will involve identifying problems or acting on information passed on by users of the pavilion, contacting whoever to ensure the repairs are carried out, arranging access and reporting back to the Pavilion Management Committee. This is likely to take 1 hour per week on average. 2. A Lettings Secretary is sought to market the availability of the pavilion social area to members of the community for various functions, to provide viewing, record bookings, take monies and ensure all necessary paperwork has been completed. To maintain details of all lettings and report back to the Pavilion Management Committee.
